Helen Wyatt

Helen Wyatt is a dynamic storyteller who has had a multifaceted and layered life journey as a musician, actor, and artist, sex and relationship therapist, researcher, writer, and educator. She holds degrees in voice and opera performance from Cleveland Institute of Music and Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, as well as a degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University. She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and sex and relationship therapist practicing in Illinois and Colorado. Additionally, Helen is currently an adjunct professor at Northwestern University and Adler University where she trains therapists in human sexuality, the science of play, group dynamics, and human lifespan experiences. Her private therapy practice focusing specifically on work with performers and creatives, AE Collective, will be accepting new clients in January 2025. She is currently training to be an intimacy coordinator through IDC and is a member of Green Shirt Studio's Meisner Program. Helen is interested in helping you build embodied awareness around your senses, body, nervous system states, and understand how this affects your innate creativity and self-expression. She wants you to have tools that allow you to experience the fullest extent of your artistry while navigating the power dynamics that exist in the systems that we work and create in.
